Deciding on the properly sized boxing glove isn't necessarily a straightforward option. There are quite a few different boxing glove sizes to select from, you've got the bigger 10oz gloves that range to the bigger 16oz boxing gloves.
So how can you know which ones to select? Additionally, there are quite a few excellent brands out there that provide professional excellent boxing gloves however you might not wish to pay close to 100 on a set of boxing gloves. You can “buy your new pair of boxing gloves” (which is known as “Koop uw nieuwe paar bokshandschoenen” in Dutch) through the internet.
If you can, try putting 180' inch hand wraps underneath the glove, then try putting the glove on. By putting hand wraps on, then the glove, you will see just how much they feel will change, and if you'll need a larger glove, because the hand wraps may not fit (contingent on the size of the glove on the size you picked first.
This tip is better used for females with smaller hands, that prefer the smaller size glove. It is recommended however that if you feel you need a smaller size, that you should always try hand wraps underneath because it may not be the same feeling that you had or wanted before.
Of course, this may not always be practical if you are standing around on a shop floor with a pair of hand wraps.
For the medium-sized hand you can try holding something in your hand to better guess the right size glove you should buy, try to hold a lighter in your hand for instance, and try on the glove.
